💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic. You'll provide amazing customer service, stock merch, and help merchandise the store for an immersive shopping experience. You'll share your fandom knowledge and process sales transactions with add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion & music trends to management

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
