Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the data center arena
• Minimum 5 years focused on data center or technology real estate
• Prior professional services experience and proven entrepreneurial success
• Strong market knowledge and ability to manage various parties
• Experience with high-profile enterprise clients and industry-leading brokerage firms

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in data center infrastructure and provide tailored solutions for enterprise clients
• Build trusted advisor relationships, communicating effectively from board to DC manager level
• Incorporate Align's assessment abilities to determine site capacities for clients
• Pinpoint locations and sites of interest for potential clients
• Establish and nurture relationships with data center owners, brokers, and colocation providers
