💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic connector between business stakeholders and engineering teams, turning complex ideas into precise requirements for Lucanet's CFO Solution Platform. Your work will directly reduce development rework and accelerate delivery of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) features. You'll also establish reusable requirement patterns that help the company scale product quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and document all requirement types (business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional).
• Create BRDs, SRS/FRS specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Model processes using UML and BPMN diagrams (Activity, Sequence, Class, State Machine).
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and validate requirements.

📋 Requirements

• SDLC expertise - deep understanding of full software development lifecycle and agile frameworks.
• Requirements mastery - advanced skills in eliciting business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
• Documentation skills - experience creating BRDs, SRS/FRS documents, and requirement specifications.
• Modelling analysis - proficiency in UML and BPMN diagramming techniques.

• Familiarity with BA analysis methods such as SWOT, RACI, competitor analysis.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
