💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a team of software engineers while contributing to code for Pigment's AI-powered business planning platform. Your impact will shape product delivery and team growth. You'll split your time between hands-on engineering and people management in a fast-growing SaaS company used by industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach up to 6 direct reports every two weeks
• Define expectations and deliver feedback
• Build career development plans using skill leveling matrix
• Participate in performance and salary decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years of software engineering experience on a production product
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Proven experience designing object-oriented software with languages like C#, Java, or Python
• Fluent English (French not required)

• Experience with Golang, Rust, or Ruby
• Leading ad hoc projects to structure engineering
