🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a tight-knit squad of engineers
• Translate product vision into clear technical roadmaps
• Hold a high bar for code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and GTM teams
• Remain hands-on reviewing PRs, debugging, and prototyping

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Track record shipping software to large enterprise customers
• Deep technical foundation in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
