💼 About This Role

You'll drive cross-functional programs across Product, Design, and Engineering at a leading Experience Management company. You'll own end-to-end program execution and partner with senior leadership to improve how teams plan, build, and deliver products. This role offers direct visibility to C-suite and the chance to shape the product development lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program management for complex cross-functional initiatives
• Define program strategy, scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
• Develop scalable program frameworks and processes to improve execution

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in business operations or program management
• 5+ years in a SaaS Product, Tech or Engineering organization
• Experience running enterprise-level programs
• Experience implementing a Product/Software Development Life-Cycle

• Experience with stage-gates at enterprise scale
• Experience using product management tools for roadmaps
