💼 About This Role

You'll join a Fast Track to Leadership program, rotating through operational roles in our fulfillment centers to build expertise and leadership skills. You'll take ownership of efficiency projects and learn to supervise large teams. This role offers an accelerated path to become an Operations Manager in a fast-growing grocery tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfillment, receiving mentorship and owning operations within two months.
• Use floor insights to lead improvement projects and boost efficiency.
• Engage in larger supply chain projects like optimizing purchase orders or supporting new FC launches.
• Supervise 100+ people per day and provide feedback to team members.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree graduate with specific interest in logistics and supply chain
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience
• First leadership experience (e.g. board year, committee work, volunteer projects)
• Fluent in English
