• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Lead accounting managers and delivery support team
• Build client relationships and drive business development

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience managing teams that include managers
• Business development or sales experience

• Track record managing client relationships directly
