You'll serve as the primary legal advisor for blockchain-based payment products, shaping next-generation payment infrastructures within the U.S. regulatory framework. Your work will directly impact the launch and scaling of compliant blockchain-driven solutions, collaborating with product and engineering teams to define compliance policies and governance frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payment legal matters
• Provide regulatory guidance on US money transmission and payments laws
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and product governance
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from accredited law school and active state bar admission
• 7+ years legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation and money transmission
• Experience advising on product legal matters in fintech or cryptocurrency
