You'll lead the Home Infrastructure team building mission-critical backend and data systems powering Roblox's homepage and experience details page. You'll drive personalization, content discovery, and ranking at massive scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of backend and data engineers
• Define technical roadmap for discovery and personalization systems
• Drive initiatives like Personalization-as-a-Platform and real-time user signals
• Partner with ML, Data Science, Product, and other teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
• Experience leading teams building large-scale production systems
• Track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
