Description

You will define and drive applied AI strategy across AI agents and Generative AI, owning end-to-end problem spaces from experimentation to production impact. You'll design evaluation frameworks, drive innovation in agentic systems, and shape product and technical strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Applied Machine Learning or Applied Science with production ML/AI systems
• Experience with agent-based systems or multi-step LLM workflows
• Strong recent experience with LLMs and Generative AI in production environments
• Deep understanding of evaluation methodologies, benchmarking, and model performance analysis
• Hands-on technical skills with ability to prototype and ship solutions in collaboration with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Define and lead applied AI initiatives across agent systems, LLM evaluation, and model optimization
• Design and implement evaluation benchmarking frameworks, challenging industry standards
• Drive innovation in agentic systems including routing, memory, and context engineering
• Prototype and validate new approaches (e.g., model combinations, fine-tuning strategies)
• Establish and lead the Applied Science guild, fostering knowledge sharing and raising the bar across teams
