You will develop and execute global strategies for Stripe's banking partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partner executives to deepen relationships and drive impactful programs. Your work will shape Stripe's financial infrastructure and enable millions of users.

Requirements

• 7+ years financial services experience at banking institutions in cash management, FIG, or payments
• Advanced knowledge of banking and clearing landscape across multiple geographies
• Experience building proprietary global collection and payout networks
• Proven track record in product-centric environment with cross-functional dependencies
• Strong negotiation skills and ambitious on creating value and differentiation

• Develop go-to-partner strategy for global bank network projects
• Own banking partner plans, economics, and operational excellence
• Leverage industry knowledge to craft partnership and product strategies
• Navigate and execute deals with internal cross-functional stakeholders
