You'll shape Agoda's market presence in Thailand, driving partner strategy and commercial negotiations for the Flights business. You'll operate with end-to-end ownership, identifying and closing new partnerships while optimizing performance with existing ones. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute market strategies for Thailand
• Lead commercial negotiations with airline partners
• Build executive-level relationships with suppliers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Flights/OTA/airline industry
• Proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships and negotiations
• Strong executive presence and communication skills in English
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end business plans
