Description

In this role, you'll coach formerly incarcerated participants toward job readiness and provide retention support for up to 12 months after placement. You'll manage a caseload, conduct weekly check-ins, and connect participants with resources to help them achieve stable employment.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of related experience
• Strong customer service and human-centered communication skills
• Demonstrated word processing and Internet research skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Deep commitment to social justice and reentry work

Responsibilities

• Guide participants in resume writing, networking, and mock interviewing
• Maintain weekly contact to track progress toward interview readiness
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops on employment readiness
• Connect participants to educational, vocational, and support services
• Advocate for participant needs with parole officers and other partners
