You'll define enterprise sales for Linear, a leading product development platform. You'll help large companies adopt Linear and shape the sales motion from scratch. You'll work remotely with a focused, high-quality team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively
  • Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and align Linear to business objectives
  • Advocate for customers by surfacing product blockers to the product team
  • Help define and build the enterprise sales process from scratch

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience selling a technical product to engineering and product leadership
  • SaaS and startup experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and drive consultative sales

  • Experience selling collaboration or project management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly autonomous with an owner's mindset
