๐ผ About This Role
You'll define enterprise sales for Linear, a leading product development platform. You'll help large companies adopt Linear and shape the sales motion from scratch. You'll work remotely with a focused, high-quality team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Become a product expert and help customers use Linear effectively
- Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and align Linear to business objectives
- Advocate for customers by surfacing product blockers to the product team
- Help define and build the enterprise sales process from scratch
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience selling a technical product to engineering and product leadership
- SaaS and startup experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand complex client needs and drive consultative sales
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling collaboration or project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly autonomous with an owner's mindset
