📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver results
• Strong analytical foundation
• Track record of exceptional performance in previous roles

• Chief of Staff or BizOps lead experience
