Description
You will drive net-new logo growth by selling Jellyvision's integrated benefits technology suite to mid-market and enterprise organizations in the Northwest territory (Northern California, Oregon, Washington). You'll leverage deep industry knowledge, cultivate channel partner relationships, and execute strategic prospecting to consistently achieve over-plan results.
Requirements
- 5+ years outside/field sales with quota exceeding SaaS or B2B solutions
- Experience selling Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, or HR Tech
- Proven success selling into organizations with 500+ employees
- Ability to establish partnerships with benefits brokers and consultants
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new broker/consultant acquisition within territory
- Cultivate relationships with existing broker partners for referrals
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan using sales tools
- Accurately forecast revenue and track activities in Salesforce
