You'll serve as a strategic legal partner in our Stockholm office, supporting M&A transactions, financings, and corporate governance for a fast-growing AI-native legal tech company. You'll work closely with leadership to execute complex cross-border deals and build scalable legal frameworks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic legal partner on M&A, investments, and financings
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Manage end-to-end due diligence processes
• Handle incorporation and corporate compliance across jurisdictions

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, UK, or EU
• 6-10 years of experience at top-tier law firm or in-house
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong experience leading due diligence and negotiating transaction documents
