💼 About This Role

You'll lead cloud video framework development for Hawk-Eye Innovations, building the engine behind live sports officiating and replays. Your work will ensure high-performance, frame-accurate video across hybrid edge-cloud ecosystems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect core C++ video frameworks for modularity and scalability
• Write and review high-performance, multithreaded C++ code
• Solve complex video synchronization and transcoding challenges using FFmpeg
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and drive technical discussions

📋 Requirements

• Modern C++ mastery (C++20 preferred) with multithreaded code
• FFmpeg and deep video codec/container expertise
• Proven leadership guiding teams and technical direction
• Git, Visual Studio, and debugging complex distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization experience
• GPU acceleration (NVIDIA NVENC/NVDEC), SRT/RIST/WebRTC
• Passion for sports tech or high-reliability environments
