💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the cloud-native platform behind an AI-native analytics product, owning Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You'll improve developer velocity and reliability at scale while driving cloud architecture decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale production Kubernetes infrastructure for AI workloads
• Own CI/CD standards and delivery pipelines across teams
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident response at scale
• Implement secure, scalable IaC foundations (Terraform/Crossplane)

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Strong cloud experience with Kubernetes at scale
• Production Kubernetes expertise: HPA, Helm, ArgoCD, Keda, secrets management
• Strong IaC foundations with Terraform and/or Crossplane

✨ Nice to Have

• GPU / ML infrastructure experience
• OpenTelemetry and observability at scale
• FinOps mindset - cost visibility, rightsizing, commitment management
