You'll design and manage global compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent. You will shape competitive cash and equity strategies and administer benefits across US, UK, and Israel. This role offers a path to grow into more senior leadership positions.

  • Partner with managers and HRBPs on compensation framework and decisions
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual review cycles
  • Build analytical models to inform rewards strategy and decision-making
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and educate employees

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in compensation consulting/analytics
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices including equity and sales incentives
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for complex data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
