You'll own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, working directly in Amplitude's product codebase. Your core impact will be shipping customer-specific solutions and building reusable patterns that accelerate future engagements. This role stands out as an engineer-first position that partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end from sales to post-deployment validation
• Submit PRs and ship customer-specific solutions in the product codebase
• Build reusable patterns and playbooks to reduce effort for future engagements
• Feed structured product feedback to influence the roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning customer-facing technical engagements
• Demonstrated ability to architect reusable solutions and mentor other engineers
• Hands-on experience shipping software in customer-facing contexts
• Fluency with data and integrations including event schemas, APIs, SDKs

• Comfortable operating autonomously across 4-6 concurrent engagements
