💼 About This Role

You'll own Webflow's enterprise AI tool stack and gather requirements that turn business problems into shippable agents. You'll build frameworks to scale AI adoption across the company, enabling every team to work smarter with AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer enterprise AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and n8n.
• Gather workflows requirements for new agents and AI use cases.
• Build and maintain reusable patterns to scale AI adoption.
• Support agent development lifecycle through intake reviews and backlog management.
• Lead enablement work including office hours and Champion programs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in SaaS or tech.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Requirement gathering experience from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Building enablement programs that drove measurable adoption.
