Description

You will own the product roadmap for a core area of Jama Software's portfolio, driving revenue growth and market expansion through commercial strategy and go-to-market execution. Partnering with sales, customer success, and engineering, you'll identify revenue-accelerating opportunities, contribute to late-stage deals, and share outbound best practices to strengthen the team's commercial orientation.

Requirements

• Deep outbound product management expertise
• Proven go-to-market expertise translating market opportunities into product initiatives
• Hands-on experience using AI-native ways of working in product development
• Experience in commercial strategy and business impact analysis
• Knowledge of outbound methodologies and best practices

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap for core area, aligning with revenue goals and competitive positioning
• Partner with GTM teams, Engineering, Customer Success to optimize roadmap for sales effectiveness
• Build compelling justifications for product investments, quantifying revenue impact
• Participate in late-stage deals to unblock adoption and capture evidence
• Contribute to customer advisory boards and design partner programs
