💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with individuals with autism and other IDDs to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. You'll implement behavior therapy techniques and collect data as part of a supportive team in the Maui area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients following treatment plans
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
