You'll lead the overall learning and development strategy for BBPOS across Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and overseas. • Lead L&D strategy and enhance internal training programs
• Design Learning System and development tools
• Collaborate with business units to identify training needs
• Implement performance management and succession planning

📋 Requirements

• Degree in HRM or related field
• 8+ years training and development experience in sizable organization
• Strong knowledge of training processes and end-to-end program delivery
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
