You will lead complex litigation in support of parental rights, directly representing parents and children in court. Your work includes developing case strategy, producing legal briefs, conducting discovery, and advocating for clients. This role is vital to defending the God-given right to parental authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Initiate and litigate complex lawsuits in support of parental rights
• Develop case strategy, arguments, and testimony
• Produce high-quality legal briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Represent clients in court and conduct advanced legal research
• Conduct fact and expert discovery, including depositions
