You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to grow within a fan-focused retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Step up to cover sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
