💼 About This Role

You'll own the multi-quarter roadmap for AI in GTM, leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. You'll design reusable infrastructure and deploy production agents that directly impact revenue. This player-coach role lets you stay hands-on while shaping strategy for a growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the AI-in-GTM strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks for production AI systems.
• Lead cross-functional alignment without direct authority.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth marketing, PM, GTM engineering, or operations.
• 4+ years in GTM Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with AI APIs and agent frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Strong builder fundamentals: SQL, Python/JS, API integrations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Demonstrated Clay experience and martech fluency.
• Track record of enabling org-wide adoption of AI workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
