You'll be the critical link between brand partners and internal teams, helping build the account operations team from its inception. You'll solve complex problems that require cross-departmental collaboration, directly impacting customer experience and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a critical link between engineering, support, success, operations, finance, and product teams
• Serve as first escalation point and main contact for customer issue resolution
• Deeply understand supply chain to identify where shipment-level issues occur
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain high NPS scores

📋 Requirements

• Pattern recognition skills to spot trends through data analysis
• Ownership mindset seeing projects through from inception to completion
• Collaboration skills to work with diverse brands and stakeholders
• Organization across multiple platforms and tools
