As an Account Supervisor at MERGE, you will manage brand strategy and marketing campaigns for health and wellness clients, serving as a day-to-day client partner and collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and budget. Your role involves deep client understanding, proactive planning, and driving measurable results.

Requirements

• 5-6 years client management at integrated advertising agency
• Life Science/Pharmaceutical experience
• Understanding of DTC and HCP media objectives and channels
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Proven track record of client success and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage brand strategy and marketing campaigns for assigned accounts
• Serve as day-to-day client partner, building senior-level relationships
