Description

You will support approximately 80 SQL Servers and over 1700 databases for the City of Fort Worth, maintaining over 400 applications, developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports, and working on enterprise projects to streamline business processes and improve government transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Five years experience in database administration or related technical support
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass CJIS background check

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments
• Manage Microsoft SQL environment with a team of DBAs
• Develop database centric interfaces using SSIS
• Build application specific reports using SSRS
• Perform routine maintenance: tuning, backup/recovery, performance monitoring
