You will help clients navigate challenges with our hospitality cloud via messaging, email, and phone, while learning and contributing to a fast-growing tech company with a startup vibe.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in English and German
  • Experience in hotels or customer service roles in SaaS
  • Outgoing and ready to communicate across different countries and levels
  • Ability to take feedback and learn quickly
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, day, late)

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of Mews solutions and act as ambassador to customers
  • Provide exceptional support for technical issues via messaging, email, and phone
  • Proactively consult customers on usage and efficiency improvements
  • Build and retain rapport with appointed customer contacts
  • Maintain thorough customer documentation and improve internal knowledge base
