Requirements
- Native or fluent in English and German
- Experience in hotels or customer service roles in SaaS
- Outgoing and ready to communicate across different countries and levels
- Ability to take feedback and learn quickly
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, day, late)
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of Mews solutions and act as ambassador to customers
- Provide exceptional support for technical issues via messaging, email, and phone
- Proactively consult customers on usage and efficiency improvements
- Build and retain rapport with appointed customer contacts
- Maintain thorough customer documentation and improve internal knowledge base
