💼 About This Role

You'll build an advanced AI Meeting Notes product and expand it into broader AI data capture features that help teams turn conversations into durable context. Your work will 10x the rate of business context entering Notion for superhuman memory across workstreams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship end-to-end product experiences across capture, transcript, summary, and follow-ups.
• Make meeting and data capture feel effortless with richer in-meeting UX.
• Improve summary quality through structure, factuality, and citations.
• Build agentic meeting workflows that turn discussions into tasks and knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering skills with frontend and backend expertise.
• Product-minded craftsmanship with attention to detail and iteration.
• Experience building and operating production systems including debugging and incident response.
• Ability to work across ambiguous problem spaces with high ownership.

• LLM / applied AI product development experience.
• Media / realtime pipelines experience (audio, transcription, streaming).
