You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to our Home Equity Agreement solution. Your work directly fuels qualified leads for the sales team. This role offers competitive pay and a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage individual lead database and pipeline according to company standards.
• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
• Support sales team by managing document collection via phone, email, and portal.
• Deliver compelling introductions to Unlock's HEA product compared to traditional loans.
• Schedule appointments for senior sales consultants and maintain CRM records.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in sales or customer support with high-volume interactions.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience in financial services, mortgage, or real estate.
• Familiarity with home equity products.
