You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple agencies in a high-growth collective, taking roles from requisition to close while managing stakeholders and external partners. You'll shape talent strategy and build contractor benches to support a multi-entity workforce. This role offers the chance to design scalable recruiting processes for an award-winning digital agency group.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across the collective.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview plans.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Handshake, and referrals.
  • Optimize ATS (Lever) usage and ensure data integrity in recruiting workflows.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Lever preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills for distributed stakeholders.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to systematize repeatable work.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for creative, media, data, or engineering roles in an agency.
  • Familiarity with ADP TotalSource HRIS.
  • Experience managing third-party recruiter relationships.
