You'll architect and scale the sales development function from the ground up at a fast-growing voice AI platform. You'll own pipeline generation targets and build a predictable, data-driven engine for global revenue growth. Vapi has over 600k developers and is backed by YC, KP, and Bessemer.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Audit pipeline performance and define SDR strategy and KPIs
- Hire and onboard top-tier SDR talent across geographies
- Launch outbound and inbound qualification playbooks
- Report on funnel health and pipeline coverage to executives
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in sales development with 4+ in senior leadership
- Experience building SDR org from Seed through Series B+
- Expertise in outbound prospecting and sales engagement platforms
- Strong understanding of developer-focused sales motions
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in AI/ML or voice technology
- Background in developer tools or product-led growth
- Knowledge of API-first infrastructure sales
