You'll architect and scale the sales development function from the ground up at a fast-growing voice AI platform. You'll own pipeline generation targets and build a predictable, data-driven engine for global revenue growth. Vapi has over 600k developers and is backed by YC, KP, and Bessemer.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Audit pipeline performance and define SDR strategy and KPIs
  • Hire and onboard top-tier SDR talent across geographies
  • Launch outbound and inbound qualification playbooks
  • Report on funnel health and pipeline coverage to executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales development with 4+ in senior leadership
  • Experience building SDR org from Seed through Series B+
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong understanding of developer-focused sales motions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI/ML or voice technology
  • Background in developer tools or product-led growth
  • Knowledge of API-first infrastructure sales
