Description

You will lead reconditioning operations across multiple sites, ensuring successful integration and launch of new processes. Travel 80% of the time to support Inspection Centers and manage teams of over 50 associates.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Open to relocation nationwide or regionally

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of site integration strategy by managing RSO Teams and associates
• Set up and train departments on operating systems, tools, and equipment
• Project manage key aspects of RSO Team initiatives on site
• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and identify bottlenecks
• Conduct root cause analysis and site performance reviews
