Description
As a Customer Support Analyst at Mews, you'll provide exceptional technical support to hospitality clients via messaging, email, and phone, helping them navigate challenges with our cloud property management system. You'll develop in-depth product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in hotels or customer service roles in SaaS
- Outgoing and ready to communicate across different countries and organizational levels
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, day, late) 24/7
- Ability to take feedback and learn quickly
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth understanding of Mews' solutions and serve as ambassador to customers
- Provide exceptional technical support via messaging, email, and phone
- Proactively consult with customers to improve usage and efficiency
- Build and retain rapport with appointed customer contacts
- Maintain thorough customer documentation and improve internal knowledge base
