💼 About This Role
You'll own relationships with healthcare organizations using Tandem's platform, driving their long-term success. You'll work directly with clinicians and executives to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion, analyzing usage patterns to shape growth strategy. This role blends relationship management with growth strategy and product insight.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own relationships with key provider organizations
- Analyze account performance data to inform growth strategies
- Develop expansion strategies within existing accounts
- Drive onboarding and workflow design with providers
📋 Requirements
- 3-8+ years in analytical problem-solving role (consulting, finance, startup)
- Strong user empathy for healthcare providers and staff
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context switching
- Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals

- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or EHRs
- Experience managing provider relationships
