🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client relationships with US clinics via Slack, email, and video calls
• Test and update AI prompts and workflows for accurate medical outputs
• Identify and resolve issues in AI systems; write technical reports
• Perform quality checks on AI-generated work for accuracy and privacy compliance

📋 Requirements

• Near-native English speaking and writing ability
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
• Technical troubleshooting skills with ability to learn new software quickly
• Healthcare or SaaS experience (preferred, but not strictly required)
