You'll join the Hot Topic team as a Sales Associate, providing an exceptional shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to keep it visually appealing. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers get the merch they love while driving add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes of merchandise up to 50 lbs.
