You'll define how pilots interact with AI in the cockpit, designing safety-critical experiences for a fast-moving aviation AI startup. You'll own end-to-end design for our pilot assistant, from user research to polished specs. This rare opportunity lets you shape a product from the ground up in one of tech's most consequential domains.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design for pilot assistant
• Conduct research and usability testing with pilots
• Translate AI-driven data into clear cockpit interfaces
• Build and maintain a scalable design system

📋 Requirements

• Strong product design instincts and portfolio
• Fluent in Figma and design systems
• Experience with complex, data-heavy products
• Curiosity about aviation or safety-critical industries

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years product design experience
• Experience designing for AI-powered products
• Familiarity with motion design or HTML/CSS
