Description

You will drive financial visibility and accountability by facilitating forecasting for the Personal Lending Business and acting as a finance partner to identify key performance indicators and actionable insights. You will prepare materials for management discussion and work with Accounting and Corporate Finance to understand month-end close entries.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in FP&A, private equity, investment banking, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative working style with ability to build cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual and quarterly financial forecasting for Personal Lending Business
• Act as day-to-day finance partner to identify and monitor key performance indicators
• Enable cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives by evaluating impact on key metrics
• Prepare quarterly internal and external materials for management discussion on financial performance
• Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate Finance on month-end close entries and allocations
