You'll lead sales strategy and market expansion for Tandem Health's clinical AI copilot across France, building and managing a high-performing commercial team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing health-tech scale-up.
π― What You'll Do
- Define and execute commercial growth strategy in France
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Develop executive-level relationships with hospitals and insurers
- Manage complex end-to-end sales cycles
- Represent Tandem at events and strategic meetings
π Requirements
- Proven experience leading commercial teams in health or healthtech
- Excellent track record closing complex contracts in regulated healthcare
- Deep knowledge of the French healthcare system
- Strong network in French health and healthtech ecosystem
- Fluency in French and English

- Knowledge of AI in clinical documentation
