You'll lead technical transformation of enterprise-scale customer experience environments using data and generative AI to drive measurable operational improvements. You'll own delivery excellence across large client portfolios, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership.

  • Partner with Architects and CX Strategists to design AI-driven solutions
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional squads for CX improvements
  • Own delivery excellence across engagements with clear communication
  • Guide strategic decisions across architecture, integration, data, and AI

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Data & AI and/or software engineering
  • Proven track record as technical leader in client-services/consulting
  • Experience leading large-scale AI/CX transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI enterprise applications

  • Experience with CCaaS, CRM, WFM, integration platforms
  • Experience leading globally distributed multi-disciplinary teams
