You'll lead technical transformation of enterprise-scale customer experience environments using data and generative AI to drive measurable operational improvements. You'll own delivery excellence across large client portfolios, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Architects and CX Strategists to design AI-driven solutions
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional squads for CX improvements
- Own delivery excellence across engagements with clear communication
- Guide strategic decisions across architecture, integration, data, and AI
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Data & AI and/or software engineering
- Proven track record as technical leader in client-services/consulting
- Experience leading large-scale AI/CX transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Generative AI enterprise applications

- Experience with CCaaS, CRM, WFM, integration platforms
- Experience leading globally distributed multi-disciplinary teams
