You'll lead post-sales technical calls for an API-first healthcare platform, owning onboarding and integration for both startup and enterprise customers. You'll be the technical voice, troubleshooting edge cases and translating customer feedback into product input. This role is fully remote and backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead post-sales technical calls explaining API, auth, and architecture
- Own customer onboarding from first API call to production launch
- Troubleshoot integration edge cases over Slack and live calls
- Maintain technical collateral: docs, guides, and segment-specific materials
📋 Requirements
- Customer-facing role on a technical B2B product
- Supported an API-first platform with auth and integration knowledge
- Independently led technical pre-sales with startup and enterprise customers
- Handled security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, BAAs) with customers
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare or diagnostic data
- Familiarity with Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
