🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage enterprise customer portfolio and nurture relationships
- Secure renewals and expansion showcasing proven ROI
- Lead hands-on platform onboarding and project management
- Monitor health KPIs and mitigate churn risks
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing enterprise accounts
- Deep live events industry knowledge and on-site operations expertise
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive authority
- Experience with complex project management for high-pressure on-sales
