🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage enterprise customer portfolio and nurture relationships
  • Secure renewals and expansion showcasing proven ROI
  • Lead hands-on platform onboarding and project management
  • Monitor health KPIs and mitigate churn risks

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing enterprise accounts
  • Deep live events industry knowledge and on-site operations expertise
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive authority
  • Experience with complex project management for high-pressure on-sales

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster or SeatGeek
  • Familiarity with POS and scanning systems
