Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for UK payroll
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, accounting/reconciliations, and KPIs/SLAs
• Mentor and support payroll specialists; back up regional managers
