💼 About This Role

You'll make Grok extraordinarily adept at reading emotional subtext and social context, then responding with perfect calibration. You'll detect and correct emotionally tone-deaf AI outputs and build datasets for dark-pattern social tactics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Detect and interpret implied emotional states and unspoken needs.
• Teach models appropriate mirroring, boundary-setting, and defusing.
• Detect and correct emotionally tone-deaf responses in AI outputs.
• Build datasets exposing dark-pattern social tactics.

📋 Requirements

• Direct clinical experience with diverse populations (trauma, PTSD, etc.)
• Expertise in attachment theory, polyvagal theory, or equivalent frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to read subtext in high-stakes therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostics and evidence-based interventions.
